I started my Memory Book April 2007 and have been filling it with photos, ticket, general keepsakes that make me smile! :) I have the worst memory ever, so this is such a nice, inspiring way to remember things you may have forgotten.
This one holds all the tickets and little things that I collected when I went to Germany for a visit to friends. It was also my first time on an aeroplane!
Some pages are all photos, some more full of paraphernalia, some messages from friends (half of the book has notes and letters from my friends when I left college) and some are more scrapbooking orientated and personal.
Its such a good way to put down your feelings. My 12x12" scrapbook seems very formal to me and I always worry about the layouts and usually, I dont
end up enjoying them because I am so stressed about how they look! That is mainly why I started my memory book. I dont care how it looks, because it's just for me. Its smaller, which I find easier to work with (about A5) and I can just enjoy sticking down pictures :)
I'd like to share more memory pages with you, maybe once a week?
