Sum it up - Thinking about it, it seems like March has been long, but at the same time, it shouldn't feel like April should be here already! April begins with my three week Easter break and will end with university deadlines and hand-ins.

Struggles - I've struggled a lot this month, with who I am, how I feel and what I believe. I am a little more positive with my faith now we move into April, but I know my journey is far from over to feel the spark and passion I felt before.

Blogging - I posted 1 FTF, two posts about life and uni work, two month summaries, an outfit post, a post about my reading goals,  and started two new features, Points of Pinterest and Weekly Thanks.

For myself - A big treat for my me this month was my bonus. I bought some new books, and at the beginning of this month, I splashed out on the New Look sale, and ordered a new coat, dress and handbag. I bought a simple summer dress from Primark too, but I am going to try and wear/re-style some items I already have instead of buying new things, unless anything really takes my fancy!
For others -  I've bought presents for my Mum for Mother's day, and birthday presents for my brother, sister and boyfriend.

1 - Sort wardrobe, donate clothes I don't wear anymore
2 - Organise itunes library
3 - Have a productive Easter break and work hard on university projects
4 - Balance time between friends, boyfriend, family and uni work
5 - Finish reading 2 books

Hot water, car, parents, boyfriend, money, bed.
(A roundup of each weekly thanks post, although only a small list this month as it's a new feature!)

Happy 1st of April to you guys! Let's hope the sun comes back in full force for April (but really, who am I kidding?!) As mentioned in a few posts this week, I have a family BBQ after work tomorrow, and it's the first time my boyfriend will be introduced to everyone! He'll be meeting my parents, brothers, sisters, Grandparents and my Uncle.. talk about throwing him in the deep end eh?! Sunday is, of course, the much anticipated paintballing, which I hope will be a good laugh and not a bruise fest!
Have a lovely weekend! Love, Katie xoxo

  1. Love your blog header, it's really sweet and a cute name.

So nice to see someone remembering to be thankful for the things we do have rather than always lamenting those that we're missing.

  2. Good luck with your goals sweetie. I loved the layout of this post :) Very nice. P.S featuring you on my few to follow on Sunday's post!

  3. Fashion Junkie - Thank you :) Oh absolutely agree, but I think it's so easy to just slip into that habit despite all we have!
Bee - Aw thank you so much :)
