Sunday Roundup #7

Well it's certainly been a while since my last Sunday Roundup! I usually don't take many photos during the week, especially when my week is usually extremely boring and involves uni work and not much else. But this week I managed to take a few snaps so I thought I'd do a little week thing again :)

Because I had a day off from work on Saturday, it meant I could actually do my nails in bright summery colours without having to take it off so soon! I unintentionally matched them to my socks too, talk about colour co-ordination! The weather this week has been so lovely, and Wednesday evening, me, Laura and our two best friends went for a little walk by our house. It was really lovely light and although I couldn't capture the beauty of it, I did get these snaps of some horses.
As I said, yesterday was my day off from work, so me and the fam did some shopping. We spent so long in Primark, and I picked up these two lovely dresses, as well as new rust coloured cardigan, and a little bow detail one from Matalan. The brown brogues were also from Primark and the military boots from Shoe Zone. I was a bit unsure on both of these, but I really like the brogues and the boots I have been looking for for ages, and these were in the sale so I snapped them up.
Chocolate icecream and marshmallows as a little treat last night and then another shot of the beautiful weather we have been having.

I have been procrastinating far too much with uni work, but I am busy baking a chocolate cake today because it's my boyfriends birthday tomorrow. I am staying over tonight, and I think we are off to Wahoo with his housemates. I'm also supposed to be going to Bournemouth on Tuesday night and doing the whole pub/bar crawl thing, but we'll see! Hoepfully I can feel motivated to do some work this week, I hate how much of a procrastinator I have become.
How do you manage to stay motivated? Do you use the reward method or do you just get on with it?
Love, Katie xoxo
